Publicity Strategy for Graduate Programs Discussed at the 'Graduate Workshop'
As the 2022/23 Academic Year Fall Semester is nearing, the preparations for the publicity and announcement activities of the graduate and doctoral programs were discussed.

As the 2022/23 Academic Year Fall Semester is nearing, the preparations for the publicity and announcement activities of the graduate and doctoral programs within the School of Graduate Studies started to gain momentum. The Graduate Workshop was held on Tuesday, December 13, at the Student Center Event Hall to discuss all the details that need to be considered about the programs to plan the publicity strategies healthily.

In the workshop organized by the School of Graduate Studies and the Corporate Communications Department, many topics were discussed, from quotas to scholarships, application conditions to foreign language preparation opportunities, and online education capacity in the programs. Speaking at the workshop held with the participation of department heads and faculty members, the Deputy Director of the School of Graduate Studies Assoc. Dr. Ali Osman Kuşakcı drew attention to the acceleration in the number of graduate programs, students, and graduates since the establishment of the university, emphasizing the importance of opening joint programs with sectoral institutions and developing programs focused on current needs in the business world.

In the workshop, where the academic and sectoral focal points of the programs in all departments were discussed, the faculty members primarily evaluated the scholarship and assistantship opportunities offered to the students in their related programs. The heads of departments shared their plans for the subsequent application periods with the School of Graduate Studies and Corporate Communications Department officials in short presentations. The workshop came to an end after Assoc. Prof. Ali Osman Kuşakcı pointed out the topics that should be emphasized more intensively in the coming days.
