Dear Faculty Members,
The Scholarship Management System, which is used to report the monthly work of students serving as teaching assistants (TAs) or research assistants (RAs) in programs under the Institute of Graduate Education and who are eligible for cash scholarships, as well as to process scholarship payments, is now ready for use.
In this regard, an introductory meeting will be held to provide information on the use of the Scholarship Management System and the relevant processes.
During the meeting, participants will be briefed on basic information regarding the use of the system, the reporting of monthly work, approval processes, and the procedures related to scholarship payments.
