The School of Graduate Studies will be hiring students to work part-time during the 2025-2026 academic year.
Candidates wishing to apply can complete the form at the link by February 20, 2026.
Applicants will be contacted for an oral interview between February 23 and February 27, 2026.
The criteria are as follows:
• Good command of Turkish and English,
• Preferably with knowledge of the Arabic language,
• Good command of MS Office programs,
• To be enrolled in an undergraduate (at least 2nd class) or master's degree program with a thesis, excluding foreign language preparation, within the normal education period,
• To have a minimum GPA of 2.50/4.00,
• Paying attention to appearance and personal care,
• High communication skills, prone to teamwork,
• Adaptable to working hours,
• Careful about ensuring data security,
• Residing in Istanbul or staying in Ibn Haldun University dormitories
Job Description:
• Answering phone calls to our Graduate School and receiving requests from students/academics who visit our office,
• To make file arrangements and controls during the thesis control phase,
• To fulfill other duties when notified.
